Butcher Note; Because of its anatomical location, the Tenderloin is the least exercised and most tender cut, thus the name “Tender” Loin.
A long, narrow, and lean muscle located within the Loin, this is the most tender cut of beef available. The Tenderloin is the source of Tenderloin Steak or Filet Mignon, and is a component of T-Bone and Porterhouse Steaks.
Available for purchase as a whole tenderloin or as an individual roast or steak. Our butchers will cut to your specifications.
